Conclusion of the contract
With your order you are making a binding offer to us to conclude a contract with you. We can accept this offer by sending you an order confirmation by email or by delivering the ordered goods. First, you will receive a confirmation of receipt of your order by email to the email address you provided (order confirmation). The purchase contract is concluded with this order confirmation and includes the payment request. After payment has been successfully received on our bank account, the goods will be sent directly to you. When ordering via our online shop, the ordering process comprises a total of 4 steps. In the first step you select the desired goods. In the second step, enter your customer data including the billing address and, if applicable, a different delivery address. In the third step, you choose how you want to pay. In the last step, you have the opportunity to check all details (e.g. name, address, payment method, ordered items) again and correct them if necessary before you send your order to us by clicking on 'Order for a fee'. You can make corrections to your order at any time.

Storage of the contract text
We save the contract text of your order. You can print this out before sending your order to us by clicking on "Print" in the last step of the order. We will also send you an order confirmation with a payment request with all order data and our general terms and conditions to the email address you provided.

Retention of title
The delivered goods remain our property until all claims have been paid in full.

Prices, shipping costs, return costs in the event of cancellation
All prices are final prices including 19% VAT. The shipping costs are calculated plus depending on the delivery address and order. The shipping costs can be calculated during the ordering process and are clearly displayed during the ordering process. If you make use of an existing right of withdrawal, you must bear the costs for the return.
